An uncommon book, especially in the original dust jacket and signed, in a series from Drake's Practical Books of Instruction. These books were, obviously, heavily used and to find nice copies is uncommon! Siegele (1883-1983) was an American author best known for his practical, easy-to-read nonfiction books on carpentry, building crafts, and trade definitions.
