The Western Architect was a national journal of architecture and allied arts, issued monthly from 1902 to 1931. Each of these issues from 1911 includes new architectural projects, such as Lakewood Cemetery Chapel in Minneapolis; State Normal School in San Jose; school and public buildings in St. Louis; First Church of Christ Scientist in Pasadena; Eckert Building in Allentown, PA; Museum of Art in New Orleans; Yeon Building in Portland, OR; YWCA in Wilkes-Barre; and much more. Each issue also carries a selection of private residences across the United States. An uncommon publication.
