The author saw some photographs that Galsworthy Davie took during a short tour through some of the small towns and villages of Kent and Sussex, and found the old cottages and farmhouses to be charmingly picturesque. They collaborated on a tour to photograph and describe the features of the buildings, and aimed to appeal to architects, artists, and archaeologists who delight in beautiful architecture. While this copy is disbound, it appears to be complete and otherwise in very nice condition. An affordable way to acquire an otherwise scarce title.
