During the Spanish flu epidemic of 1918, people learned the value of sanitation, and there was a rise in the demand for sanitary meat markets. Tiled walls, floors, ceilings and store fronts became popular for making meat markets look clean and attractive. This booklet showed the butcher all the possible ways to use tile in the store. Very unusual; we haven't had this title before.
