These new doors were a great improvement over the popular designs that were used on earlier garages, such as sliding doors, folding doors, or swinging doors. Those earlier designs tended to come off their track, get stuck in snow, fall off their hinges, and come out of alignment with each other. These new doors were easy to raise and lower, and their basic design is still our preferred garage door nearly 100 years later. Includes architectural drawings for installation.
