Possibly an un-credited reprint of a work published in Paris in 1892 by Isidore Liseux, which itself is a translation of a book from the same publisher called Les Cadenas et ceintures de chastete.The author of the original French text was probably Alcide Bonneau, and the English translation by Liseux himself.
