Floorgard is a strengthening and protecting mat of steel mesh forming a backbone for concrete or plastic floors, and imparting to them all the durability and wearing qualities of steel. This gave industrial flooring a really satisfactory surface that would remain smooth, free from ruts, holes and cracks. This trade advertisement illustrates what the product looks like, how it is installed, and what the floor looks like when it is finished. The back cover lists other Blaw-Knox producs, such aswelded and riveted plate work, regenerative air preheaters, road builders' equipment, and much more.
