These enamels were air drying, and waterproof, and could be either dipped, brushed, or sprayed onto the surface, with the best results obtained by spraying. With the exception of black, the colors dried with a flat finish. The enamels could be buffed to a high gloss after they were dry. This company operated out of New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
