New York: National Lead Co., 1924. First edition. Black portfolio w/gilt lettering. Small quarto, pp 30. Color renderings on each page: 15 exterior perspectives and 15 interior perspectives. Very Good; portfolio has torn corner, does not affect contents. Item #20559
A charming trade piece with beautiful colored perspective renderings showing exterior and interior paint finishes. The National Lead Company began business in Philadelphia in 1772 and was well known for its white-lead paints, sold under the "Dutch Boy" label. Over the twentieth century, the company has produced many other products, including titanium dioxide paint and atomic bomb elements. A one of a kind publication!
