Nancy Lancaster was an English "taste-maker" who helped create the English country house look at the design firm, Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler. She had 7 rules for decorating homes including a gentle mix of furniture styles like a salad. Among her most well known homes are Mirador in Virginia, and Haseley Court in England. This gorgeously produced book shows her homes, gardens, and interiors with lush illustrations and photography.
