The Orange Theatre was the local movie cinema in Orange, MA in north-central Massachusetts. Originally located in the Town Hall auditorium at 6 Prospect Street, a building with a classically styled facade, still existing today. In the 1940’s, a new Orange Theatre building, still existing, was built across from the library.The featured movies of this week were "Batmen and Robin No. 12," Abbott and Costello's," "Africa Screams," and Gary Cooper's "Pride of the Yankees."
