A truly unusual piece of New England architectural history, this is a beautiful color drawing of a house by popular architect Royal Barry Wills, whose distinctive Cape Cod homes are prized throughout the region. This drawing and the folder of associated documents was in the personal collection of the home's original owners, Maj. Gen. Roger W. Eckfeldt and Anna Dorothea Eckfeldt. Original documents include several b/w photos of the house, an appraisal of the property done upon Mrs. Eckfeldt's death, a copy of the contract between the builder and the owner for the construction of the house, a landscaping estimate, and the original Schedule of Hardware purchased for it. This is a unique piece of Royal Barry Wills memorabilia.
