A nice copy of this reprint edition of an 1878 pattern book, including designs for outbuildings, civic buildings, and churches.The Palliser's series have become cult books, and this one is no exception. An above average copy, with the beautiful embossed Victorian cottage on the front cover. Many floor plans, interior drawings, and the last ca 30 pages are a virtual trade catalogue of period products for the construction of a home in the later nineteenth century.
