A well illustrated compilation of small home designs - ranch houses, cottages, and small colonials that were oriented towards families taking advantage of the Federal Housing Administration's mortgages. Many of these small houses had enclosed garages and two bathrooms and spacious living rooms to accommodate growing families of the WWII era. A very scarce plan book in exceptional condition.
